Had a hair cut recently. During the process towards the end I was told that some areas might be thicker than the rest or different… fine I get it. I was never told this before by anyone but maybe she saw something no one else had… then at the end, my hair was not dried all the way because the next client was in. Fine.. easy and it was little so again I was understanding. Then get home and one side was left longer than the other. I was told to come in anytime between certain hours the next day and then when I did, I was told I’d need to wait 30 min to an hour because there are other clients. Which I completely understand, but the customer service was pretty bad and they wouldn’t
even look at me when explaining the wait and not even when I tried to show them where it needed snipped. A quick 10 seconds was all it would’ve taken and it would’ve made a huge difference. Heck, the lady that was at the register was waiting for her next customer and she could’ve even done it! Honestly 10 seconds was all it would’ve taken. This was not worth 70$.

Clara is the best! She usually cuts my hair and does an amazing job, and she also gave my baby her first hair cut. She was so kind and patient with my little one. 100% recommend!

They are ok. They are more for military haircuts, my son's haircut was not the best. Now saying that they don't give good haircuts, just saying that they do better for adult haircuts.
