Leider doch ganz schön schnippisch und unfreundlich. Es gab leider Abstimmungsdifferenzen bei der Terminvergabe, wobei beide Seiten sicher waren, es richtig notiert zu haben. Ich war sicher, der Fehler ist in ihrem Terminbuch, und ich war bei der Terminvergabe nicht allein... Aber anstelle es freundlich zu klären, schnippte sie und gab deutlich zu verstehen, dass sie mich nicht (mehr) als Kundin möchte. Okay.
